Bride Jennie, my porcelain princess…

Jennie & David are such a beautiful couple! I had the pleasure of being a part of their special day earlier this fall. We chatted about neighborhoods we lived in Chicago, the Oprah Winfrey Show (I was on the 10th last show with makeup guru, Bobbi Brown) and her fiance works for Oprah as a web designer. Also, we both had the same art history professor in college and spilled about how I could never stay awake in that class, even at 11am. ha!

Jennie has impeccable taste and wanted a classic makeup look with a very clean, dramatic eye. Also, porcelain skin makes me oh, so happy. She wanted a soft stained lip to balance her strong eye. her lace dress from was so romantic and breathtaking on and we just went with something that would compliment her eyes and skin. This is a link that she used as inspiration for me with soft and defined makeup from site Style Me Pretty.

I LOVE working with photographer, Anda Marie, she makes everyone feel so comfortable and catches light and moments so perfectly. Also, aren’t the flowers from daffodil parker just stunning?  This was such a fun and romantic day, congrats Jennie & David!

Thank you, Anda for all the wonderful images.

Here is a lovely quote from a thank you note from the bride : “Thank you, thank you, thank you for making me look and feel so very glamorous and beautiful. I have never felt so gorgeous in my own skin.”

Jennie, you are welcome. Always & Forever. xo jennyface
